Oxbow Room located inside of the MNRRREC. "Where People and Nature Meet" describes
the beauty and solitude of this room. It has a couch, loveseat, rocking chairs,
reading tables, fireplace and many windows to enjoy the beauty of Ponca State Park.
This room has a kitchenette with a microwave and coffee maker. The Oxbow Room can be
combined with any of the other rooms. All meeting rooms have internet access located in the hallway. The Oxbow Room has a max occupancy of 22 people and it rents for $50 per day. |

The River Bluff Room. Capture the beauty of the Missouri River from the windows in this room or enjoy
the warmth from the fireplace. This room has an outside entrance/exit where you can
relax on the patio. An entrance to the kitchen and a serving window make this
perfect for a meeting or banquet. A podium and easel are available upon request.
Presentations can be viewed on a drop down projection screen. You may choose round
or square tables for your seating arrangements.
Internet access is available in the hallway adjacent to the River Bluff Room. The River Bluff Room has
a max occupancy of 150 people and it rents for $150 per day. |

The Sandbar Room has a window looking into the hallway of the building.
An easel and podium are available upon request. You may choose your seating
arrangements using round or square tables. Internet access is located in the
hallway. There is kitchen access and a serving window in this room making it ideal
for a meeting or banquet.
An outdoor entrance/exit is also available in the Sandbar Room. The Sandbar Room has
a max occupancy of 80 people and it rents for $75 per day. |

The Willow Room has no outside windows. It is equipped with a pull down
projection screen. A podium and easel are available upon request. You may
choose your seating arrangements using round or square tables.
Internet access is located in the hallway. The Willow Room has
a max occupancy of 53 people and it rents for $50 per day. |

Our modern fully equipped kitchen contains warming cabinets, stove, oven,
microwave, coffee makers, commercial refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher
and ice machine. The kitchen may be rented for $50 per day. |

If your group needs lodging accomodations, Ponca State Park offers 14 two-bedroom furnished housekeeping cabins.

Each of the 14 cabins have kitchens and an eating area. |

A living room sofa provides an area to kick back and relax. |

The cabin has two bedrooms with a double bed in each room. Each cabin also has a bathroom with a shower. |
